Job Requirements

Candidates for Marlboro Towing operator positions must be at least 25 years old (21 for Light Service Driver) with a clean driving record and no felonies or major court involvements.

Compensation & Benefits

Marlboro Towing offers competitive wages with direct deposit every two weeks. After 90 days, benefits include PTO and medical insurance. 401K plan and paid vacation are offered after one year. Team member uniforms are provided.

Field Training

Our drivers receive extensive training with managers in the field so they gain the skills and knowledge they need to handle jobs independently.
